Yes! Unless you are restricted by a medical professional, beginners are welcome & encouraged. All session are open to the public and welcoming for everyone, regardless of skill level or background.

Yes, please come to the event. We'll add you to the waitlist and accommodate if space is available.

Any CGY sessions that take place outdoors are weather permitting. In the case of inclement weather, the session will be canceled and rescheduled for the next available date. Your spot is still secure and your ticket will automatically be transferred to the new session. If you can't make it, we'll refund your ticket. Registered participants will be notified at least two hours prior to the event via email. Cancellation notifications will also be posted via Instagram. Follow us @cityglowyoga for status updates.
